We at Poddar Group believe that our employees are the main fundamental asset to the company. Henceforth the mantra of our success is to "Take care of our employees who will in turn take care of our business”.

Apart from the top level executives, Poddar Group has a structural arrangement with 60+ full-time employees working under various department from managerial securities to on-field staffs. The Finance and Accounts department alone has 11 employees working in a team to ensure smooth flow of cash to and from the company. Some other key department is dispatching department and logistics department.

He is the brain and heart which is the centre driving force of the entire group. It is under his guidance and support that his sons- Mr. Manoj and Mr. Jay Prakash has been leading the group upfront
